We are helping a large non-profit organization to help fill several critical roles at a Senior Manager/Assistant Director level.
The organization, a Singapore based entity has and manages funds in excess of SGD $40 milliion.
These roles are based in Singapore.
a. Donor Management (Senior Manager) – This role revolved around the ability to manage a few large donors ($10m and above), in donor relations, building a donor ecosystem and framework to attract participation from other large grant givers to meet the needs of the social, health and education sector.
b. Senior Programme & Communications Manager – to manage a specific highly visible project. This roles centers around growing the adoption and participating rate through marketing, communications, events management, public education and awareness. The target are liked minded enterprises who have an interest in identifying, addressing and finding solutions to address social issues.
c. Senior Manager/Assistant Director – to develop programmes to address needs in the social service, healthcare and community at large through research, development of services, piloting of existing or new programmes, identifying and working with partners and monitoring of outcomes. Ability to write grant proposals and Board presentations is a key requirement for this role.
Preference for all candidates will be for those who have exposure in the non profit sector, with a passion and drive to promoting and addressing social causes and needs in the community.
You should have about 8 or more years, in a combination of commercial or non profit sector experience.
